Crane Arts has five floors of artist studios/workspaces with galleries on the first floor. Monthly rental prices range from $350 to $2500 with most units paying their own separate utility bill. Square footage ranges from 150 to 2000 per individual unit.

Monthly rental prices range from $250 to $1,100 with heat and electricity included. Square footage ranges from 110 to 800 per individual unit. The building is located on North 2nd St. between Master and Jefferson, just a block east of Crane Arts.
*This building does not have an elevator. Access to all studios requires the use of stairs.
